Vice President/Director of Property Managment

Scope of Service Experience:

Stacy specializes in overall commercial property management for the Lake Tahoe region. Her expertise includes over 20 years of experience with all phases of property management practices and property types. Her experience spans for both large and small scale retail centers including regional malls, power retail centers as well as neighborhood retail shopping centers and strip buildings; high-rise and low rise office buildings including medical and special use properties; industrial properties; investment buildings; hospitality properties; planned communities and multi-family sites.

Stacy has a deep understanding of lease administration, project and facility management, resolving the ‘hard issues’ including re-development and operational management with budget constraints. She is able to help both landlords and tenants through the entire lease process from lease negotiation, build-out, tenant occupancy and thereafter full asset management. Relationships are extremely important to Stacy and she strives to provide caring and personal management service with both landlords as well as tenants.

During Stacy's childhood, she spent many camping trips in and around the Tahoe Basin/Carson Valley. Because of Stacy and her family’s deep love of Lake Tahoe, its beautiful lake and landscape she and her family continued to frequent here for many vacations during the last 15 years. They set out to pursue a dream to relocate permanently from Southern California and was elated to finally relocate to a place she felt was always considered “Home” here in Lake Tahoe. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys time spent with her husband and two daughters boating, jet-skiing, crafting or just relaxing by the lake. Time spent with family and friends are extremely important and meaningful to her.

Asset Management

We use our local market, lender, buyer and tenant knowledge to develop realistic asset strategies. By thinking creatively and intelligently about the options, NAI helps its clients by identifying solutions that will enhance value - sometimes by simply reviewing leasing strategies or a more comprehensive repositioning of the property itself. Occasionally, these solutions need to be delivered in the context of ‘stressed’ financial positions and clients benefit from the capital markets knowledge that we can apply in these situations. >>

Facilities Management

We assist with every aspect of the property ownership life cycle, on any scale of property or portfolio. Our facilities managers create efficiencies and cost savings, maintain your asset to the highest standards and provide tenant satisfaction, providing quality control in handling operations. NAI also possesses the local knowledge and skills to help you deliver company-wide relocations or facility rehabs. We focus on running the buildings, so you can focus on your broader real estate goals and strategies.
