Pierson joined KLNB in December of 2015 and specializes in the sale and leasing of office property in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., representing a broad range in clients – including tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers – across the spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining to KLNB, Pierson worked with Transwestern’s Northern Virginia leasing team, representing nearly four million square feet of office and industrial properties. His primary focus at KLNB is assisting tenants in finding unique, collaborative workspace that meet their needs and helps their businesses grow.
