Scope of Service Experience:

Stacy specializes in overall commercial property management for the Lake Tahoe region. Her expertise includes over 20 years of experience with all phases of property management practices and property types. Her experience spans for both large and small scale retail centers including regional malls, power retail centers as well as neighborhood retail shopping centers and strip buildings; high-rise and low rise office buildings including medical and special use properties; industrial properties; investment buildings; hospitality properties; planned communities and multi-family sites.

Stacy has a deep understanding of lease administration, project and facility management, resolving the ‘hard issues’ including re-development and operational management with budget constraints. She is able to help both landlords and tenants through the entire lease process from lease negotiation, build-out, tenant occupancy and thereafter full asset management. Relationships are extremely important to Stacy and she strives to provide caring and personal management service with both landlords as well as tenants.

During Stacy’s childhood, she spent many camping trips in and around the Tahoe Basin/Carson Valley. Because of Stacy and her family’s deep love of Lake Tahoe, its beautiful lake and landscape she and her family continued to frequent here for many vacations during the last 15 years. They set out to pursue a dream to relocate permanently from Southern California and was elated to finally relocate to a place she felt was always considered “Home” here in Lake Tahoe. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys time spent with her husband and two daughters boating, jet-skiing, crafting or just relaxing by the lake. Time spent with family and friends are extremely important and meaningful to her.
